Allana was chosen to represent Australia during the Rugby Sevens 2013, but the knee injury that followed kept her off the field. It took many years for Allana to get back in rugby league. Allana was a star in the team of New South Wales during her debut women's Rugby League game against Queensland and played in 2015. Allana can also be found as a frequent radio presenter, appearing frequently on 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana holds a professional teaching certification outside of sports. Ferguson, 25, has tore her ACL the same leg at 15-17 and 20 years old. Following a third tear, she realized that it was now time to put an end to her.
